4.      Off-campus advertising (find WLU agent; The Cord $60-550+ for ad space)

5.      Advertise during Orientation Week

6.      Radio plug (stress non-profit, KOOL)

7.      WatCon II

8.      Club Crossovers (WatWars, WatSFiC, UW Gamers, KONJA, etc.)

9.      Strike up conversations with other anime clubs

10.  Keep track of stats & history

11.  uwstudent.org, studentlifecentre.com, bulletin.uwaterloo.ca (daily bulletin)

12.  More stuff (sampler nights, marathons, activities)

13.  Organization (website updates, mailing list notices)

14.  Sandwich boards outside building when show is on
