-activities:

-none for show two

-show three is shorter by about 40 minutes, therefore a good show for activities

Old Business

-permissions:

N.A.: No ERO, therefore unknown

Japan: first draft of letter finished, needs checking,

-find way to contact Maruoka-sensei

-membership cards: vice president will send them off tonight and pick them up Friday before the show

-temporary cards will be honoured and then exchanged for the official cards

-club’s package went through

-contest for next term’s member cards will be held at show four and handled by Conrad

-website

New Business

-lunch: went well with double amount of participants as expected. New one planned for the weekend after this week’s show

-will be announced at show

-posters for show three will be ready by end of the week

-WatCon post-mortem
