-Ideas for next term:

            -reformat how club works

1.     smaller showsàonly Fridays (or Saturdays)

·       Less commitment

·       Would not segment audience

·       Could have every 2^nd Friday?

2.     have a few small shows during the week

·       less volunteers

·       less coordination needed

·       more segmented audience

·       people who have same interests will be brought together

·       execs would have more responsibility

·       would need to advertise for Club, not shows

3.     just have shows on a casual basis

4.     cut off the 4^th show

5.     partner with UW gamers

-Results of informal vote for option two: 7:2:2 (yes:no:abstain)

-real vote will be held next week

            -reduce fee to 5$

-Treasurer’s report

            -lost 220$

            -900$ in BMO

            -7400$ in ING

            -New projector ~1700$

-Club Survey results:

            -all university anime clubs suffering from decline

            -CTRL-A seems unique in getting permission

-no old business

-New Business:

            -Should make a list of the anime the club owns

                        *should we assume Rune Soldier was a donation?
