How did it go? The first 2 DVDs were missing for a while. They were in the office, and Karl got them, but the schedule had to be rearranged slightly
Equipment? Didn't use the new equipment
DVD batteries: no problem
Attendance: About the usual, maybe the bad weather had some effect
Activities: There was an art show and the dance: both went over well, and the participants had fun
Movie: Pretty good
Pizza run: 10$ profit
Campus pizza confused the order, gave the club a Greek/Vegetarian pizza instead of a Meatlover's
Consider ordering from a new place in the future
New members? There were two
3. Volunteer Shows
Matt's: One of his best yet; it seems silly is popular
No one mentioned the posters
He will be having on more, current theme unknown
Might order from zip.ca, but will need 1 week of lead time
Space Night: Last one, went well
Saturday Show: relatively sparsely attended, probably due to weather
Equipment set up by 11:30, was easily available
One more held on Dec. 8
Room booking in probress
Door prize from club? No one opposes, so it's fine
Extra: Luncheon: Will there be one?
Might conflict with Sat. show, but earlier is too early and a week later is too late
Sunday? Limited restaurant selection but otherwise no problems

Nick is still taking $ for Anime North, 16 of 32 spaces taken already
5. Laser Quest
Be there by 7:00pm sharp or might miss the first game, evening lasts until 9pm
Prize for top scorer: Area 88, the full series
Meet up before going? Chris might make an announcement on the mailing list
Probably there will be three games
6. Next Term Planning
Keep Fri/Sat format, 3 shows per term
Suggestion for more episodes of fewer series
Suggestion to get rid of volunteer show
Suggestion to just show random anime samplers
Suggestion to have part random anime sampler, plus showing a few popular series to completion
Volunteer Shows:
Lots of work for very few people
Require execs at each show
Need more promotion
Execs run the shows
Make all shows only weeknight runs
Lower cost of membership or charging admission: Might make it more difficult to get permissions
Tabled until next week
Meetings: Divide them into exec meetings and general meetings
-requires increased dedication
-play some anime at general meetings
-avoids bogging down general meetings in many details
-is it constitutional? Probably, yeah
-more effective than the mailing list?

Sidewalk chalk, food colour some snow

-plastic pockets for changing dates
-club must take down the banners ourselves on time or face a fine
-Mo volunteers to make one before next term but needs details

Bigger posters: club printer not set up for them

Refund some money to Stuart for a friend who can't go to AN anymore
Karl is still waiting to get all the equipment before assembling it, will be ready by next term
