Activities
-Possible activity with the ministry of Anime?
-Anime North trip sign up, lots of people are interested. We could get the group rate, we need details and signup for the next meeting
-Watcon: Last winters convention, we could hold it in AL, a few people were interested
-Meeting - before clubs days on the 20th and the 21st from 10 - 3, scheduled meeting for Sept 17 in the same room as always. Voting is to occur at this meeting.
-Projector The new projector is in Karl's living room, as he wanted to be present for the unveiling, same with the sound system and the new dvd player.
-War with Watsfic-we are at war with them. They are the scifi club here at waterloo

-No old business was brought up.

7, New Business
-Chris's Shirt—It was discovered the hideous pink shirt with rainbow stripes looked considerably more docile when Kate had bought it on the website. Voting will proceed on whether Chris should be flogged for this trespass.
-Cosplay Contest—it is scheduled for the Friday / Saturday before Halloween. There was a suggestion to get everyone in the club to make laughing man masks and take a picture. On the exec, sailor outfits nominated to wear them are as follows: Bessie Kaitlan and Karl.
