-WFAC vs. Show 4

            *move following weekend? à check with EngPlay

            *move to weekend before? à problem of it being remembrance day

            *Pres will be going on a fact finding mission

            *Conclusion à Will try to shuffle around WFAC

-suggested cross-pollination (with WFAC)

            *discount for CTRL-A members

            *they can use our membership list

            *we can distribute posters for WFAC

            *offer to help with WatCon

-Watcon

            *people want another WatCon

            *suggested not in march

                        -January/late February à preferred by cosplayers

                        -Not late March à exams, Anime North

                        -certain time of year would make it easier to find features à early episodes for new series available 5-6 weeks before they air

            *run or help run volunteers
