Show 1 recap: -The problem of EXO-7 was an annoyance
		 - Besides that, the show went well

Show 2:
Schedule was modified: -Kamichu! Was dropped in order
to extend the Dinner Break for the karaoke contest
-It was voted that the show should have a designated
Plan B in case things go wrong: Hikoru No Go will be
the filler anime
Activities:  -Possibility of a Pizza Dinner ?
Concession will be looking around for possible
restaurants from which to order (New Orleans,
Dominoes, Twice The Deal, etc)
-Karaoke will be taking place on the second show
-FEDS run was completed in time for the deadline

Clubs Day planning:
Ideas: -Cosplay will be done by Amy
 - free Pocky ? will be purchased by Sébastien
and Sarah
 - move the poster and stand to the booth area

New Business
-Show luncheon recap ? went well
-FEDS Meeting summary: -from now on, Clubs Day will be
2nd week of term
- There is 90 000$ of funding available for FEDS
Clubs? worth looking into if planning another
WatCon
-FEDS as a Graphic Designer we could potentially use
-FEDS has advertising options, though this term it is
too late
-more will be posted on the web site
-Cosplay contest was confirmed for the 3rd show
-The drawing contest was confirmed for the 3rd show
-Suggestion about having a discussion panel ?
