Yester-Term, Winter '08
I have available the show schedule for the entire term to start things off. The first show is set for January 19th, following CTRL-A's Friday Show. The others I will post once I have the club's schedule for the term.
EDIT #1: For Show #1-#6, all episode pairings also include a 5-minute break at the end. I will try this format for at least the first show and see if the membership prefers this or the original break system.
EDIT #2: After reviewing the final schedule for last term, I noticed I cut out one episode of Slayers, ending at episode #12, instead of #13. The schedule for the term was adjusted to accommodate this change.
EDIT #3: Due to issue with trying to get inside AL116, Beast Wars #15 was canceled for Show #1. In addition, the old-style break system will be put back into place.
EDIT #4: Revised the show dates to reflect this thread http://www.ctrl-a.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=50
EDIT: Fixed Show #4 episode numbers to better reflect the overall term schedule.
EDIT: Added show rooms where possible. That leaves Marathon #2 without a room at this point.

RE: Yester-Term, Winter '08
do you need membership for these shows? I wasn't here last term so I'm was just wondering. I'm guessing Yester-term is like the weekday shows held in summer 07.

Right now it's kind of still uncertain for what things you need membership, as well as how to enforce it, so for now I'm going to just make a call and say that for everything happening this weekend you don't need membership.

I'll for sure be coming around this Saturday for hopefully the first half (got a dinner to go to that night) and as many others as I can make; I haven't seen the Excel Saga spinoff, so I'm looking forward to that.

RE: Yester-Term, Winter '08
Looks like a good schedule, although if memory serves we only got to Excel Saga 8 or 9 at the end of Fall term (I remember skipping the start of the last show because I hate the Bowling episode, which is ep. 8 or 9)...I've seen the whole series so I don't care much, but mayhaps we should continue from where we left off? If DVDs are a problem, I'd be willing to lend mine (I have the box set).
Also, Beast Wars? Just replace it with more Excel Saga and you should be able to do it without adjusting the schedule.

RE: Yester-Term, Winter '08
As is it associated with CTRL-A membership would be required once the 2nd CTRL-A show takes place (This could make the first two Saturday events not a requirement). However, I tend not to enforce it too seriously since most of the faces that show up tend be regulars I have seen before. For AL116, I plan to setup as close to the back as I can so it would be possible for me to handle concessions, show management and the door... Given I am unsure what kind of assistance I would have. (Planning for the worst-case)
Excel Saga I got to the end of the 3rd disc, actually. (Checked my old schedules to confirm). Beast Wars is a good 12pm slot holder since that is when we have our lowest turnout, rather than put in something that could be in high demand... And the best part is I still have 3 terms of Beast Wars material to put there! XD. Besides, did someone in another thread comment on how the club is about animation in general, not just anime?
On a note of good news, MY PROJECTOR IS IN!!! XD I am using it while writing this post.

Could you make a quick list of what discs are being used for the first show? I'm asking about permissions now.
