No no, I'll be there. I just like complaining. Tongue
Complaining:

1. To express feelings of pain, dissatisfaction, or resentment.
2. To make a formal accusation or bring a formal charge.
3. Good for the soul.
4. Useful in quickly inflating your post count on a CTRL-A forum.

I plan to be there for around 10am. Once all the equipment is setup, I want to just go ahead and start the show. ... Now if I can just figure out what I want to write on the poster, then the final part will be done up. Everything else is done, packed, etc.

Man, I remember when I actually cared about post counts on message boards... Must have been around five, seven years ago. IRC has greatly changed my definition of "post worthy".

I don't know what advice to offer as far as the poster goes, but perhaps the more vague the better.

Does anyone have the template then?

Chris has it; he sent it to me and I've modified it for this term. It's a Word document (sorry, I don't have PDF creator DX).

Just as a note, it came out looking not so good in Open Office (or at least in my version). I revised it a little to help the background image stand out better.

I'm all done now and ready for a day of anime I have already seen. :p

-_-

Yay summer terms!
Hmm... An Anime101 summary of how things went.

Well, I know that our club VP enjoyed his own private show on Saturday, given how it was just him and I for pretty much the entire event. Reinhold showed up for the last hour as well.

As I see it there was one big problem that contributed to the situation:

- Saturday was NOT a good day. SLC was so dead you could hear the proverbial crickets. Friday would have been a much better day to try this sort of thing as people would need to be on campus for classes and stuff.

The event ended around 5pm, with 4+ hrs. of material to go. I think we managed to draw in about 4 people with an average time of 5 minutes each.

On a final, but semi-related note. Where is my Rozen Maiden DVD #2? No one seems to have it!
