As for my suggestions, Gintama is random enough that people who don't get it can still enjoy it, as long as you're careful not to pick the episodes that actually form a story arc.

Keroro Gunsou is available online as well, I believe. Equally random.

Dylan, did Soul Eater come in yet? If anything there's the first 3 episodes. Or the episodes featuring Excalibur. (Fool!)
