Chaos!
For anyone who doesn't know, this game is made by the same company (Bushiroad) who also did Weiss Schwarz (See my other thread here for more info).
Stands for Character Operating System.
More info to come. (I know, what an informative thread eh?)
Thanks to Robo et.al, we now have the quick guide translated: See his post here.

Rules, FAQ, and random tidbits
Thanks to roadmanb, we've got a lot of clarification on the rules. I'll be posting some of the more interesting information here.
  • You lose the game when you take damage greater than the number of cards left in your deck (as usual), or when you must draw the first card (draw phase) on your turn, but do not have any more cards to draw. This means, if an ability forces you to draw cards but you have no more cards in your deck, you simply "fail to draw the cards" and you will only lose the game the next time your draw phase comes around, or if you take 1+ damage.

Just 'cause I don't want to delete this part.

Touhou Cards! Translation - see the Word File attached at the end of the post.
Notes:
  • Included in the Trial Deck:
    TP-002, 004, 006, 011, 013, 016, 019, 021, 025, 033, 035, 048, T01, T02, T03, T04, T05, T06.
  • "A:" indicates an automatic ability, which (if it's the same as WS) activates when certain conditions are met.
  • "B:" indicates a Battle ability, which can only be activated during battle.
  • "C:" indicates a Continuous ability, which is always in effect as long as the card is in play.
  • "M:" indicates a Main ability, which can only be activated during your main phase. Startup might ring a bell for some.
  • Abilities in Blue are only usable if the card is a "Friend".
  • Abilities in Red are only usable if the card is your "Partner".
  • If you cannot meet the requirements for "When this card comes into play", you cannot play the card.
  • A cost indicating [Discard X] indicates the player should discard that many cards from his or her hand - any modifiers after the X should also be followed; [Discard X Character] would mean X Character cards, etc.
  • Similarly, a cost indicating [Reverse] or [Tap] indicates the player should Reverse or Tap that card, unless otherwise stated.
  • Penetrate works like Trample. In other words, 15 ATK on 7 DEF would still do 8 damage to the player.
  • Pre-Emptive Strike works like First Strike; you hit them before they hit you. As in, a 7/1 with Pre-emptive Strike would kill a 5/6 before the latter has a chance to retaliate, and the 7/1 remains unscathed. However, this apparently only works on your turn.
  • Pre-Emptive Defense? It's like First Strike, but only when defending.
  • Reflection? If the Guard character has a higher ATK than the Attacking character's DEF, the difference is dealt in damage to the Attacking player. (So, it's like trample, but when defending)
Below are the Cards I'm still not sure of - the parts in red.

------------

TP-002: 霊の御札「博麗 霊夢」
Talisman of Spirit, Reimu Hakurei

TP-004: 魔の御札「霧雨 魔理沙」
Talisman of the Devil, Marisa Kirisame
A: When this card declares an attack, it gains +3 ATK until end of turn. This ability may only be activated once per turn.

TP-022: Border of Life「西行寺 幽々子」
Border of Life, [Yuyuko Saigyouji]
When this card comes into play, sacrifice a Face-Up Character.
A: When this card battles a Character that has a skill, flip that Character Face-Down at the end of the battle. At the end of the turn, flip the Character back Face-Up.
--> Is a skill defined as an activated ability, or passive ones such as Pre-emptive Strike and Reflection?
-->Clarification: "Skill" refers to abilities such as Pre-emptive Strike, Pre-Emptive Defense, Reflection, and Penetrate.

-------------

As always, any corrections/suggestions to the sheets or the above are welcome.

I'm working on the translations to the quick manual guide. It should be up in a few days.... editing images on the spot is quite difficult >_<
Info on it will be found here:
http://robostrike.wordpress.com/chaostcg/
Also, I found a lack of SUIKA >_< in Touhou 1.00 Booster Pack T_T
I'll try and chip in once exams are done, but for now... Biomaterials exam and Sora no Otoshimono chapter 37 are waiting for me.
@Necrophantasia: I would like your help translating when you have the time. Photoshopping images takes quite a while...
Quick Guide Manual (preparation side) is done:

NICE!
Can't wait to try out a few games...too bad it'll be in the Fall for me xD
Something I noticed:
Under "2. Card Type," it says: "There are 3 types of cards: Character cards, Event cards, and Event cards."
Whoops, should be Set cards, will make that adjustment now ^_^

Update:
  • First post is now much shorter, and actually provides some useful information. Changes are..well..you probably already saw them.
  • Re-attached the Chaos Translations.doc file - it is now complete, but will probably be edited again in the future.
  • Need to find out what Reflection and Pre-emptive Defense do.
