A good read for sure; mentioned it at several meetings, the main character reminds me of stein hakase from soul eater except moe and kawaii:

Summary

Fran can make anyone into anything, raise the dead, switch heads and bodies and give you those eyes that you've always wanted. But do you actually want them? Is it a good thing to raise the dead? Do the ends justify the means? And does Fran care?

The chapter where the girl is hit by a car and fran remakes her as a caterpillar; when she transforms and what happens to the poor guy that tried so hard to save her was absolutely heartbreaking!!!!

I'm a fan of the clone/mitosis episode, that was definitely something...maybe because the reversal thing wasn't quite as expected. Not than being turned into a whale is surprising in anyway, haha.
