I wouldn't mind taking a look at that, can you bring it by for friday's show (I will be later than normal for the show, given that I will be coming back from Toronto).
If someone wants to guide me through a game using someone else's deck, I might might MIGHT consider it.
Edit: "It" being buying a deck with someone/on my own.
Well, I do have three decks.
In order to begin your journey, you must choose one...will you choose the fire, water, or grass pokemon?

Anyway by that I mean Fate/Stay Night, Disgaea, and Lucky Star.
After reading the English rules sheet I have, I've got a rough idea of how to play - never actually played someone though.
I'll bring the cards I have to the show on Friday, but I have a midterm tomorrow and four next week, so I guess I'll just bring the rules sheet and hope for the best xD
I can help with isntructions, but I won't be playing too much as far as strategy goes
So you guys don't actually play the games, just collect the cards?

Well, from what I've heard, the cards are pretty.
Well more like, I've just had no one to play with yet.
And yes, the cards are very pretty =D
Some notes because I've been looking it up:
Every character has the Encore[3] ability by default. This makes me think that whenever a card explicitly has an encore ability, that one is used instead of the 3 card rule. Not sure though.
And I know before that people were looking at sample cards from these decks; I don't know how to find any (because I'm waffling between Persona 4 and Zero's Familiar right now). Help?

Zero no Tsukaima is the 3rd link on the left column (one that starts with DC), Persona 4 is the last one on the right column.
The second persona 4 link seems to be special edition cards o.o

edit: found this on a forum:
when it gets knocked out (reversed) it goes into the waiting room that moment you can encore the character by paying 3 from your stock or pay use its encore ability to return it to the stage
So, seems like you were right - when a character is knocked out, it immediately leaves play - thus, if the card is encored, "when this card enters play" abilities should also activate, and any character can use the encore ability.
You know what we should do:
Get a bunch of us to pool together to buy booster boxes, and figure out what we want after
