lol Vocaloid is EXPENSIVE
150 if I remembered right
Roughly that price, and it is only for one character. X_X
but honestly...even if we get Vocaloid...the program is in Japanese
the lyrics we need will be in Japanese

if we're bored enough to make lyrics...we might as well find someone IRL to sing *shrug*
you can add vocals (japanese vocaloid series) to an english version of vocaloid releases in Europe. Then you retain the English music composition labels with japanese vocals as well.
I see lol
well I know there is at least one english voice released so yeah XD
either way...don't think we need Vocaloid *shrug* personal oppinions
I haven't try MIDI yet but it seems to be interesting and nice.I will try it later or tomorrow if i have some spare time after work.
which reminds me...we can't actaully use mp3 coding since I do believe it's patented

I remember my cousin telling me Microsoft got into a law suit because WMP has a built in thing for playing MP3s

although I think MS won and MP3s MIGHT still be able to be incorporated into different things without going through too much trouble (as in paying for it) just a heads up
According to one site I visited, she preferred ".ogg" coding because it's supposedly open-sourced, rather than a patented ".mp3" coding.
I anticipate that this includes basic accomplishments music (compiling addendum together) and may be even some with a microphone ascribe to acquiesce vocals.
