Winter 1994

This was our first experience with the opposite stream and it resulted in many new faces joining a dedicated following. (opposite stream: people on co-op terms that kept them off campus for all previous CTRL-A terms.) The regular three shows in AL 116 were held. We had another Group Order, adding Streamline to Central Park Media and AnimEigo as the companies we ordered from; consistently getting discounts of over 20% with the latter two.

Michael Van Biesbrouck produced the posters for this term, as Mark Ng was on work term out of town.

Membership numbered at 178, 60 of which had joined from advance membership sales at our December Miyazaki Night the previous Winter.

We began planning for a significant turnover in future executives, as Bret Hoeffler and David de Jongwere both set to soon be graduating. Larry Porter had already taken on the responsibility of presenting the last show of the fall term, and was continuing to act as M.C. through the Winter. Alan Liu was also becoming an increasingly active member of the club. This was David's last term as President.
